Embroidered items are not eligible for a refund unless there is a defect or an embroidery error. Non-embroidered items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us by clicking the chat icon on our website. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. All returns must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Embroidered items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or embroidery error.
Refunds are issued for the amount paid and credited to the original payment method.
